My entire childhood as a youth Olympic gymnast and teaching/coaching gymnastics and fitness in America and Japan, meeting various types of people from all over the world brought me a special fitness brand, Bi!
(“bi” beauty in Japanese) Essential Movement.The concept of this brand is to tone up CORE and INNER MUSCLES through customized fitness programs, Essential Movement to become Bi! from inside and outside.
Piladance, Pilates, HipHop Fitness, stretch, and lifestyle with a certified Fitness and Piladance instructor/Personal trainer, Rina Ohkuma.
Classes are held in sessions every Monday, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays via RSVP ONLY.
